From the maker
Quirks and manual notes
- BLUETTI says Power Lifting Mode is off by default and only runs pure resistive loads rated 600 W to 1,500 W; actual output stays at 600 W. Elite 30 V2 user manual, 5.3
- BLUETTI lists AC charging at 200 W in Standard and Silent modes and 380 W in Turbo, which reaches 80% in about 45 minutes. Elite 30 V2 user manual, 5.2
- BLUETTI says solar panels must stay within 12 V to 28 V open-circuit voltage and 10 A. Elite 30 V2 user manual, 4.2.2

Our take
What the Elite 30 V2 is good at, and what to watch for
KiloHour take Pick it if you want a 9.48 lb LiFePO4 station for phones, laptops, lights and a CPAP, since 600W of AC rules out kettles and space heaters at full power.
The Elite 30 V2 holds 288Wh of LiFePO4 in a 4.3 kg (9.48 lb) case and delivers 600W of continuous AC. BLUETTI does not list a surge rating in its tech specs or manual. Its 1,500W figure is Power Lifting, which the manual limits to pure resistive loads rated 600W to 1,500W while actual output stays at 600W.
Charging is modest but quick for the size. The manual lists 200W from the wall in Standard mode and 380W in Turbo, with 80 percent in about 45 minutes, and solar tops out at 200W on a 12 to 28V input. AC input with bypass is listed at 980W, so it can pass wall power through to a load while it charges. The tech specs give a UPS switchover of 10 ms or less, 3,000+ cycles to 80 percent and a five-year warranty, and the manual lists one 140W and one 100W USB-C port.
The limit is the inverter. At 600W it will not run a full-size kettle, microwave or space heater, and Power Lifting only helps heating loads, not motors. The 12V car outlet is listed in amps rather than watts, and the 28V solar ceiling rules out many larger panels wired in series.

FAQ
Elite 30 V2 questions
How long will the Elite 30 V2 last?
288 Wh stored, about 259 Wh of it usable at the typical estimate. At its full 600 W rating it empties in about 21–23 min.
What is Power Lifting on the Elite 30 V2?
Power Lifting accepts heating loads (kettles, heaters) rated up to 1,500 W but delivers at most 600 W, so they run at reduced power. Motors and electronics stay capped at 600 W.
What is the Elite 30 V2 solar input?
Up to 200 W of panels. A single 200 W panel needs about 0.5 days at 4.5 sun hours a day; panels at the full 200 W need about 2 peak-sun hours. Panels are assumed to deliver 75% of their rating.
How heavy is the BLUETTI Elite 30 V2?
9.48 lb (4.3 kg). That is about 30 Wh per pound.
Does the Elite 30 V2 work as a UPS?
BLUETTI lists a 10 ms switchover when wall power drops.
