Our take

What the F2600 is good at, and what to watch for

KiloHour take Suits RV and home backup users who want 2,560Wh, a TT-30 outlet and plenty of DC ports, but at 69.7 lb with a 20 ms UPS switchover it is heavier and slower to switch than the C2000 Gen 2.

The SOLIX F2600 stores 2,560Wh of LiFePO4 and runs 2,400W of continuous pure sine wave output across four NEMA 5-20 outlets and a TT-30 RV outlet, with a 2,800W surge rating. It is built like a suitcase, at 69.7 lb (31.6 kg) and 20.7 by 15.5 by 9.8 inches, so it rolls rather than carries.

Its spec sheet is generous on DC: three 100W USB-C ports, two USB-A ports and two 120W car sockets. Solar input reaches 1,000W on an 11 to 60V MPPT input, AC charging is listed at 1,440W, and an expansion battery takes capacity to 4,608Wh. Anker lists 3,000 cycles to 80 percent, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth app control and a five-year warranty.

Where it sits in the lineup is the harder question. The C2000 Gen 2 has less capacity at 2,048Wh but weighs 41.7 lb, peaks at 4,000W, switches to backup in 10 ms and lists 4,000 cycles. The F3000 goes further in the other direction, with 3,072Wh, 3,600W of AC and 2,400W of solar.

Its own UPS switchover is under 20 ms. The 2,800W surge leaves only 400W of headroom above the rated output, so motor loads with a high start-up draw need care.

FAQ

SOLIX F2600 questions

Answers use the same published specs and labelled assumptions as the calculator.

How long will the F2600 last?

2,560 Wh stored, about 2,304 Wh of it usable at the typical estimate. At its full 2,400 W rating it empties in about 47–52 min.

Can you add batteries to the F2600?

Yes. Anker SOLIX lists expansion to 4,608 Wh, about 1.8 times the built-in 2,560 Wh.

What is the F2600 solar input?

Up to 1,000 W of panels. A single 200 W panel needs about 3.5 sunny days; panels at the full 1,000 W need about 3.5 peak-sun hours. Panels are assumed to deliver 75% of their rating.

Can the F2600 run a CPAP overnight?

Yes: 5 nights of 8 hours from a CPAP drawing 34 W with its heated humidifier and tube on (ResMed's measured figure).

How many watts can the F2600 power?

2,400 W continuous. Motor starts can briefly pull up to 2,800 W.
