Our take
What the F3000 is good at, and what to watch for
KiloHour take Pick it if you want fast solar and generator charging at 120V, but it weighs 91.5 lb and needs a second unit and a hub for 240V.
The SOLIX F3000 holds 3,072Wh of LFP rated for 4,000 cycles and puts out 3,600W of continuous AC at 120V, shared between NEMA 5-20 outlets and a TT-30 RV outlet. Anker's spec table lists a 7,200W surge rating and a separate SurgePad mode for heat-generating loads up to 4,860W. It weighs 91.5 lb (41.5 kg) and moves on wheels with a pull rod, and Anker lists it as UL9540 certified.
Charging is where it stands out. Two solar inputs, a high-voltage one at up to 1,600W and a low-voltage one at up to 800W, give 2,400W of solar in total. The standard AC cable charges at 1,800W, while a TT-30 generator input adapter raises AC charging to 3,600W with pass-through, so a 120V generator can run loads and refill the battery at once. Up to three BP3000 batteries take one unit to 12,288Wh.
The main limit is voltage. Anker's FAQ says the unit provides only 120V by itself, and 240V needs two units joined by the Double Voltage Hub. The F3800 and F3800 Plus have 240V outlets built in and 6,000W of output from one unit, at a higher weight.
Its UPS switchover is listed at 20 ms. The smaller C2000 Gen 2 lists 10 ms.

FAQ
SOLIX F3000 questions
Answers use the same published specs and labelled assumptions as the calculator.
How long will the F3000 last?
3,072 Wh stored, about 2,765 Wh of it usable at the typical estimate. At its full 3,600 W rating it empties in about 38–41 min.
What is SurgePad on the F3000?
SurgePad lifts the limit to 4,860 W, for resistive loads (kettles, heaters) only. Motors and electronics stay capped at 3,600 W. Motor starts can briefly pull up to 7,200 W.
Can you add batteries to the F3000?
Yes. Anker SOLIX lists expansion to 12,288 Wh, about 4 times the built-in 3,072 Wh.
What is the F3000 solar input?
Up to 2,400 W of panels. A single 200 W panel needs about 4.1 sunny days; panels at the full 2,400 W need about 1.8 peak-sun hours. Panels are assumed to deliver 75% of their rating.
Can the F3000 run a CPAP overnight?
Yes: 7 nights of 8 hours from a CPAP drawing 34 W with its heated humidifier and tube on (ResMed's measured figure).
